Prototyping

The product idea is almost becoming reality! The first designs & visualizations have been realized. The phase of re-engineering, co-engineering or engineering has also been completed and the development phase is also behind us. A possible next step is to make a prototype of the component, semi-finished product or product.

We can realize prototyping in different ways;

1. The client has already realized the first steps of the development process and asks whether Pillen Group wants to realize the prototyping in a shared way;
2. Pillen Group has already realized the various steps of the product development process together with the client.

The testing phase is crucial to determine whether product development can be continued. Pillen has been helping clients realize prototypes for many years.

Prototyping enables the client to test before larger series go into production. Realizing a prototype ensures that any errors and risks come to light earlier and can be tackled more quickly in this phase.

Another argument for building a prototype is that it can be tested whether the devised component, semi-finished product or product actually meets the expectations and predetermined requirements.

Product approved?

Pillen can take care of the production and, if desired, the assembly in-company. Or if the client makes other choices in this regard, we will of course also respect these.
