Pillen Group has been making machining and sheet metal working parts for a customer for several years. Instead of supplying a large number of separate components, we now ensure that the components are assembled into one module for the measurement and analysis technology.

Description
Series sizes and production
The analysis units are assembled in small series, whereby the parts are produced in a larger number so that assembly and delivery can take place in a good flow. These units consist of precision mechanical machining and sheet metal parts that are carefully assembled with the addition of supplied electrical customer-specific components. The production and assembly of these units require high precision with precise tolerances. The assembly is done on the basis of a predetermined protocol, in which the units are 100% tested and approved.
Materials
This module consists of precision mechanical components made of aluminum and brass. Supplemented with precision plate parts from stainless steel. The materials, routing and procedures are properly recorded in our ERP so that the modules can be produced and delivered in a constant flow and quality.
The alloys are coordinated in consultation with the client. Within the Pillen Group, Pillen Precision, among others, is authorized/certified to override materials 3.1 and 3.2 (GO304). This guarantees full traceability of the materials used. If desired, we can also provide a complete PED registration.
Production
The various parts are carefully assembled according to an established procedure in our specially equipped assembly departments, where in the ESD zone the Electro components are carefully combined with the machining and sheet metal working parts to form a complete mechanical module. A final test ensures that the customer receives a working unit that can be built into the final composition.

In consultation with the client, a material study was also carried out into the best material choice, matching the requested quality and specific requirements of the product.
Measurement and control technology
The modules are tested 1:1 with our own measurement techniques and provided with a test report.
