CNC bending/rolling
Pillen offers the possibility to bend and/or roll your aluminum extrusion profiles to fit them in a certain radius with your design and product specifications.

Thanks to our modern CNC-controlled machines, the consistency of the material remains intact. This allows us to bend complex shapes with the greatest accuracy.
Bending without finishing
Pillen is a specialist in bending/rolling pipes, profiles, tubes or strips into a desired shape by means of three rollers that ensure that the desired radius is achieved.
Are the curved extrusion profiles part of your end product? By means of a powerful bending with soft rollers, we ensure that the profiles continue to look good, so that little or no post-processing will be required. For example, we even bend anodized aluminum without damage or deformation. Afterwards, bent and rolled profiles can also be powder coated.
Wat is CNC profiel buigen/walsen?
When rolling or roll bending, we bend aluminum profiles with different radii and complex cross-sections. Roll bending improves the properties and structure of the aluminum because the material wants to give way.
We use specially made rollers to ensure that the profiles are properly locked in order to prevent twisting or damage. The design is crucial and we can support you through engineering if desired.
How does CNC profile bending/rolling work?
The extrusion profile is laid along three rollers (which are adjustable) and bent step-by-step to the desired radius. The profile is then sawn off on both sides.
When to bend/roll CNC profiles?
Rolling the profile is an ideal application if you want to have organic shapes or curves on an extrusion profile. Not every profile shape is suitable for rolling. In some cases, a test will even have to be done to see if the profile holds up as expected.
