Modules
In addition to the fact that we can manufacture individual components from machining, aluminum extrusion profile processing and sheet metal processing, Pillen Group also makes sub-assemblies or modules, after which the end customer only has to do the final assembly. For this, the customer receives a sub-assembly instead of various separate components.
Bringing components together into modules
By means of a manual, whether or not obtained from the customer or made by ourselves, the components are brought together into a module. We also call this a sub-composition. It is possible that the parts of the sub-assemblies are fully or partly produced ‘in-house’ and in that case a part is supplied or purchased.
Finally, the module can be tested and approved by means of a final test so that the module is immediately ready for final assembly at the customer.
Industrial compositions
Pillen Group also goes a step further than making modules (sub-assemblies). We can also provide complete assemblies like industrial assemblies and design assemblies.
