Description
Series sizes and production
Mobile security cameras such as construction cameras are put together in recurring series and delivered weekly.
Materials
This industrial composition of various components made of aluminum, dibond, electrical components, steel and pom. The materials, routing and procedures are properly recorded in our ERP so that the modules can be produced and delivered in a constant flow and quality.
Production
The processing of this industrial composition mainly consists of welding, assembling and mounting the separate components, whereby a test set-up is finally made with a final test for verification.

Research & engineering
Through co-engineering we have redesigned an existing product so that the product can be made and stored more efficiently, reproducibly and in a stable process.
Measurement and control technology
The security cameras are tested 1:1 with our own measuring techniques and provided with a test report. Finally, our customer also carries out a final check before the dishwashing units go from us to the customer.
