For more than 60 years, our team has been producing and assembling components and parts for luminaires in the lighting industry from our 24/7 sheet-metal working and modern aluminium profile working. Our lighting fixtures are developed, produced and possibly assembled in Lichtenvoorde on a project-by-project basis for designers, A-brands and other manufacturers.
Lots of production experience
A phrase about the production of parts for lamps will offend many technical specialists in our company. These are not components, but parts for luminaires’. Pillen Sheet Metal has experienced the development from outdoor lighting with gas discharge lamps to sustainable LED lighting in design shops in recent years.
We know better than anyone what the specifications, requirements and wishes of our partners are. We apply our expertise with our customers to select materials, sheet thicknesses, profiles and extrusion parts for the lighting fixtures.
Signify – Philips Lightning collaboration
With the growth of Philips, Pillen has been an experienced supplier / partner / manufacturer of components (aluminium profile machining and special sheet metal work) for Philips Lighting, now Signify, for over 60 years. Besides this fine international player (Philips Lighting Signify), Pillen also supplies other major players in the lighting industry. The mutual trust that we have been able to create with our partners perfectly matches our family culture and personality.
