CNC lasering
Sheet materials can undergo laser processing. All kinds of conceivable contours are realized with the greatest precision. We carry out lasering quickly and accurately.
It is possible to have small, but also large series produced by us due to our 24/7 production environment. Different material thicknesses such as thin and thick metal plates can be cut by our CNC laser cutting machines.
Lasering can be used for the design of prototypes. Feel free to supply us with the CAD/CAM drawing as a production drawing and we will do the rest.
What is CNC lasering/laser cutting?
CNC lasering or laser cutting is the cutting and engraving of material using a powerful laser.
How does CNC lasering/laser cutting work?
A digital drawing or photo is loaded. The CNC laser machine cuts out the material by means of a concentrated light beam (the laser beam). The laser burns a small layer from the material.
When to apply CNC lasering/laser cutting
Laser cutting machines are able to cut out complex shapes, so that the freedom of form is completely free. Laser cutting is done at a high speed and is very accurate, so you have almost no loss of material. The laser cutting machines have the ability to calculate how many different shapes can be extracted from a plate, this is also called “nesting”.
