Description
Lighting fixtures are produced in regular production runs, using materials such as aluminium, steel and stainless steel. A specific example is the use of an aluminium extrusion profile, which is extruded by a specialised company and then delivered to us for further processing. This extrusion profile undergoes various operations such as sawing, milling, rolling, welding and brushing. Our expertise enables us to maintain the precise tolerances essential for stable production throughout the process. An important aspect of production is preventing tension or torsion in the profiles, which is crucial for maintaining the quality and functionality of the final product. In addition, if required, we can provide these profiles with surface treatments such as anodising or powder coating to provide both protection and an aesthetically pleasing finish. This makes our lighting fixtures not only functional, but also durable and visually appealing, suitable for various applications in indoor and outdoor environments.
