Pillen Group has been making machining and sheet metal working parts for a customer for several years. Instead of supplying a large number of separate components, we now ensure that the components are assembled into one module for the measurement and analysis technology.

Description
Analysis units are assembled in small series, with parts produced in larger quantities. This ensures efficient assembly and delivery. The units consist of precision machining and precision sheet metal parts, which are accurately combined with customer-specific electrical components. The assembly of these units follows strict protocols, with each unit being extensively tested and inspected to ensure high precision and accurate tolerances. The modules consist of precision mechanical components made of aluminium and brass, complemented by precision sheet metal made of stainless steel. All materials, processes and procedures are meticulously recorded in our ERP system, promoting consistency in production and quality. In addition, Pillen Precision is certified for full traceability of applied materials, with possibilities for PED registration. In our specially equipped assembly departments, the various components are carefully assembled, including the integration of electrical components in the ESD zone, resulting in a mechanical module that is guaranteed to function upon delivery.
