Fast and High Quality Profile Machining Thanks to Reichenbacher Vision Flex
Complex machining of aluminum extrusion profiles is no longer a challenge for us. Thanks to our latest profile machining center, the Reichenbacher Vision Flex, we can handle both large and small production runs for your project. From simple sawing to 5 axis milling operations, everything can be performed in a single run on our machine. This allows us to deliver your product even faster and with higher quality.
Every manual operation for milling or sawing your profile costs time and introduces not only delays but also the risk of errors, especially if your workpiece needs to be processed on multiple machines. That is why we transitioned to profile machining centers over eight years ago.
24/7 Custom Solution
The first series of profile machining centers were 3 axis machines. Additional operations, such as sawing or end machining, often required extra steps, sometimes even on separate machines. With the arrival of the first 5 axis profile machining centers, it became possible to saw and mill both ends simultaneously, all on one machine and around the clock.
With the Reichenbacher Vision-Flex we have taken another step towards improving our quality and efficiency. The key advantages are:

Thanks to this addition to our machine park, we can machine wider aluminum profiles quickly and accurately. The software integration also allows us to efficiently handle smaller production runs. Three dimensional drawings are easily converted into milling programs for custom work.
Profile Rolling
One of the operations we offer is CNC rolling. This can be done as a one time process or repeatedly. For each profile, we manufacture a set of rolling dies in which the profile is enclosed. The CNC programs are then stored to ensure reproducibility.
Additionally, our profile department has extensive experience in creating corner solutions. Depending on the profile shape and application, we can advise you on the most suitable solution. This includes right angle connections between two profile pieces, but also options with small radii. We like to be involved from the design phase of a product to help create an affordable and manufacturable solution together.
